Suzuki Motorcycles

Those who are well acquainted with Suzuki motorcycles find themselves drawn to this manufacturer, time and time again. Though the company makes quite a few other items, such as ATVs, cars, trucks and scooters under the name of Suzuki, motorcycles remain the biggest sellers worldwide. This is partly due to having such a very large line up of vehicles from 50cc moped models featuring auxiliary pedals to the current-production Boulevard touring models that range up to nearly 1800cc of v-twin displacement. There are even tiny children's models that bear the Suzuki name.

As such, there is a massive market for new and used parts, accessories and customization supplies for most models of Suzuki motorcycles. Online auction sites are great for finding parts for both popular and obscure models, though motoyard.com is the only one that is specific to motorcycles, scooters and other motor-sports. There is quite an after-market devoted to Suzuki motorcycles with everything from foot pegs to new grips to replacement consumable items, such as brakes and tires.

Exhaust parts are perhaps the most common items replaced on Suzuki motorcycles, straight from the factory. Meeting emissions requirements in the US and abroad tends to restrict airflow and different equipment is very often employed in an effort to let the bike “breathe.” Though hardly exclusive to Suzuki, motorcycles that are produced for a very wide market are often a bit cautious in that regard, in an effort to export as widely as possible. Silly looking fairings are often replaced on principle alone, though they are rare on the smaller models of Suzuki motorcycles.
